1927 USGA Amateur Public Links Contestants Badge
Employing the design as used by the United States Golf Association since the early 1920's until the early 1930's for Contestants Badges at each of their Championships. This contestants badge from the 1927 United States Amateur Public Links Championship comes from an unknown player. The red/white enamel which encircles, the prominent USGA lettering, can still be clearly read as "Amateur Public Links Championship August 2-6, 1927". The scalloped edge badge was manufactured by the Whitehead & Hoag Co. Newark, NJ, and this badge still carries the original issued clasp.

2. During extended bidding, you may bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 10pm ET
Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and all lots will begin closing with their own 30-minute countdown clock. Lots without a bid placed during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you
