1935 Augusta National Inv. (Masters) First Round Ticket #631 with Original String - A Beauty
The ticket is as rare as Sarazen's albatross in the '35 event. You will breath a sigh of relief if you are able to cross this off your Masters ticket want list. Many collectors never have that opportunity.This ticket number 631 from the 2nd Masters tournament presents in near mint condition, slight hairline crease at top right by string (mentioned simply for accuracy and not to infer a lack of superior condition). The collecting of the ever challenging Masters tickets from the 1930's is red hot now, with a premium placed on tickets in this type of condition. Finding Masters tickets which are close to crease free, like this '35, is not an easy task, take it from someone who looks 300 days a year to find one and many years comes up empty.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, April 14th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
