1939 US Open Championship at Philadelphia CC Contestant Entry Form - Blank
For the collector of U.S. Open (U.S.G.A.), Byron Nelson ('39 Open Champ), or Philadelphia Country Club material I think it is safe to say that this is an item not likely to come around again in its unused condition. An interesting in Near Mint condition look into the way the U.S. Open was contested in the 1930's.
