George May's Tam O' Shanter just outside of Chicago was host to one of the grandest stops on the tour in the 1940's and 1950's. The 1947 edition of the All-American Golf Tournament was a special one, as it featured trailblazer Joe Louis in the field that week. Here is a pairing sheet and ticket to that event.
