1959 Carry Middlecoff 'The Positive Approach to Better Golf' Pamphlet

Cary Middlecoff left his position as a dentist to become a professional golfer and never looked back, going on to win three major championships (U.S. Open in 1949, 1956 and 1955 Masters). Here he left his signature on the cover of the 1957 Sports Illustrated previewing the 1957 US Open. Middlecoff came close to defending his title, losing to Dick Mayer in an 18 hole playoff. Offered here is an instructional pamphlet from Middlecoff in great condition.
