1961 Masters Tournament Working Press Badge - Gary Player Winner
The 1961 Masters Tournament was not like Masters Tournaments that had come before it. Due to severe rain and flooding greens, play was stopped at 4:00 P.M. during the last round on Sunday. Since the round was unable to be finished by all competitors the scores for Sundays round were erased and the entire round was replayed on Monday. After Monday's round, Gary Player emerged victorious and became the first international champion of the Masters. This lot features a working press badge. There are no cracks or fading evident on the badge and still has the original pin intact.

All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (up to 9pm EST, then countdown clock will adjust to 5min time period). There is a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
