1962 US Open Oakmont Pennant - Nicklaus Win

We've all changed alot since 1962 even Jack himself went from Fat Jack, at this the time of his first Major Championship, to a lean, mean golfing machine throughout much of the rest of his Hall of Fame career. This pennant from the unforgettable matchup of Arnold Palmer and Nicklaus in the '62 U.S. Open however remains in virtually the same condition with vibrant color and tassles still intact. Only sign of age on the 29" x 11 1/2" tribute to Jack's first PGA triumph is a small portion of it's fabric tip missing which does not detract from the overall stunning visibility of this collectable.

In order to bid in extended bidding you must place a bid on the lot before 9pm on auction closing day. The Golf Auction's Exclusive June Auction will end on June 15th, 2014 at 9:00pm EST with extended bidding to follow. Get your bids in before the session ends. If your bid is not placed before 9pm, you will not have the opportunity to win the lot.
