1997 Masters Tournament Annual - Tiger's First Win at Augusta
It took only three Masters Tournament appearances for Tiger to break through for a victory and change the game of golf as we knew it. Winning at Augusta National Golf Course is in many people's eyes the pinnacle of golf achievements. When it comes in the early stages of a golfer's career it is a statement victory. That statement is that the golfer will hopefully be around and winning on the tour for a long time. That Woods did.
