Arnold Palmer Open Face Spinning Reel in Original Box
The King, like many others, caught wind of his popularity with the people early in his career and capitalized. The business man used his name and likeness to promote and sell many goods and services in the United States from the 1960's until his passing in 2016. The people liked Arnie and Arnie liked the people. The bait casting category called his name and Palmer answered with this Arnold Palmer Open Face Spinning Reel that has been preserved in its original Famous Keystone box that exhibits vibrant graphics of Palmer himself with the rod in his hand. Collectors are often looking for pieces the deviate slightly from their normal collecting habits and this is the one. The box is in good condition, with slight overall wear and paper loss that is to be expected.
