Arnold Palmer Signed Arnie's Tractor
The sport would not be the same were it not for Arnold Palmer. This lot presents possibly the most famous tractor in the world and star of the Pennzoil commercials, Arnie's tractor. The tractor is a 1947 Toro Golf & Lawn tractor with a dump bed. The scale replica model's rear tire is no longer attached and comes with the original box. Palmer signed the tractor hood nicely in black marker. The box depicts photos of Palmer and the story of the tractors over 50 years of service at Latrobe Country Club. A true piece of Arnold Palmer lore and history which has lent to him being adored by so many. We have allowed the wheel to remain off the tractor and leave any fixing/repair up to the winning bidder.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
