Arnold Palmer Signed Personal "Losing Bet" Uncanceled Check - 2/23/1976

Bank check drawn on personal Arnold D. Palmer account held at the Latrobe office of Mellon bank. It has been filled out and penned with a full name (Arnold D. Palmer) signature. This highly sought-after uncommon format represents one of the only known checks in not only the golf collecting community, but the overall sports and autograph memorabilia worlds which has been drafted by the "King of Golf". Adding to this unique piece is the fact that the check remains uncanceled for its one dollar amount, leaving the signature area clean and entirely unaffected. With Palmer realizing that this his losing bet would never be claimed by its recipient. This check is significantly harder to obtain then other legends of sport be it Ruth, Ali or Jordan and should be bid accordingly for its many merits.
