BOB HOPE AND THE PALMER GOLF METHOD 15.10.62
British Open golf champion Arnold Palmer arrived, with his wife Winifred in London today from New York to keep a golfing date with Bob Hope.
The men are filming a golf sequence for "Call Me B'wana" in which Bob is featured with Anita Ekberg.
A jungle scene has been erected on Denham golf course and today Hope and Palmer played there. For clubs, Hope at one stage used sticks cut from the jungle. His comment: " These sticks with knobs on suit my game, dont you think? I'm sure they're B.C. - Before Crosby!"
