Arnold Palmer & Gary Player Dual Signed Vintage Photo
When thinking about the decade of the 1960s in golf nostalgia sets in to golf fans even if they weren't around to experience it themselves. The Big 3 in golf (Nicklaus, Palmer and Player) won all but three Masters Tournaments in that decade, cementing each of their names in history. Here is a time-period photo signed by the late Arnold Palmer and South African Gary Player. The competitors, similar to Jack and Arnie, became great friends after hundreds of golf tournaments and events together. The photo offers signatures of the two very youthful gentlemen in the middle of this photo. This photo has aging along the bottom as well as a label with the names of the four men in the photo located on the backside. James Spence Authentication has reviewed these signatures and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, May 19th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
