Augusta Naitonal Golf Club Masters Player Badge #70

2 1/4" diameter with pin on back still intact, rust present on reverse. We are not sure of the year but believe it to be in the 1940's, but with no designation of Masters this one could be earlier. This item comes from the collection of Ralph Hutchison who was an early Masters tournament player (T-41st 1946) prior to becoming the 18th hole announcer from 1947-71. Did this badge come from his great-Uncle the Hall of Famer Jock Hutcison who played in the Masters 1935, 36,37,39 and 41 (His early years playing appearances)? Any help in dating this badge is sure welcome. Thank you!
