Ben Hogan Signed 1966 Golf & Travel Magazine - June/July
Quite possibly the only example of this 1966 issue of Golf & Travel magazine that Ben Hogan signed, and almost certainly the finest condition, can be found in this lot. A clean 9/10 blue ballpoint signature on the white of the background of this illustrated cover with a male golfer reading a putt and his co-ed playing partner looking on in her travel brochure making mental plans for if/when they finally leave the golf course. "The Sport and Leisure Magazine for Physicians," this publication uses the artist depiction with great color and visual appeal. Hogan cemented his name in golfing lore, with a comeback so impressive that many someday might not believe even happened.
