Bobby Jones Signed 'Golf Is My Game' Book to Fellow Golfer Johnny Palmer
The 1960 publishing "GOLF IS MY GAME" by Bobby Jones with forward by Bernard Darwin is a classic, must have for your golf library. It is the second and final autobiography of Jones presenting in its 255 page text the grace and class of the man which exceeded his well known success on the golf course. This hardcover book illustrated with b&w photographs, sans dust jacket, remains in fine condition with standard corner wear to the books cover corners. It has been inscribed in ink (penning strength 9 out of 10)to fellow star golfer of the 1940's and 50's Johnny Palmer. In 1949, Palmer would be a member of Ben Hogan's victorious Ryder Cup team after finishing 8th or better in each of the three Majors he played that year (Masters, US Open and PGA).
