Byron Nelson Signed 'How I Played the Game' Book
In 1945 Nelson had a record-breaking year, winning 18 of 35 PGA tournaments including 11 in a row, while also placing 2nd in another record 7 tournaments. During his relatively brief professional career(1935-1946), Byron Nelson had 54 career victories, including the 1939 U.S. Open, the 1937 and 1942 Masters, and the 1940 and 1945 PGA Championships. This book belongs in every golf library. It is signed flawlessly on the book's flyleaf with 'Best Wishes.' James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their auction letter of authenticity comes with this lot.

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval). 1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
