Circa 1900 D.S Hunter Special Concave Smooth Face Rut Niblick
A niblick is a heavily lofted club similar to a nine iron. They were most commonly used to hit a ball out of bunkers. The iron headed niblick started becoming more common than the wood-headed version in the after the mid 1800's. Although they were made of a different material, the club faces were still steeply lofted and still had some spooning in the clubface. This club measures 36" to the heel.
