Craig Wood Signed & Inscribed Black and White Posed Photo - Rare
The late Craig Wood is regarded as the second most difficult Masters Champion signature to obtain only to club professional Claude Harmon. Most signatures of Wood's are found on cuts or multi-signed items, with a photograph being a highly desired medium with supreme presentation value. One of the original bombers of the ball, Wood passed away in 1968, long before golf signature collecting was common. Craig inscribed in on the left side of the cross-legged smiling Wood in time-period ink "To my friend Harry Adams All my best" before adding his flowing signature grading conservatively an 8/10. This photo shows its age and is one of the finest Wood signatures we have handled for medium and presentation.
