George Low stamped original grips. The Geo Low Bristol 600 putter is widely recognized with Jack Nicklaus using a very similar club to win many of his tournaments in the early part of his career. George Low was a famous player who claimed to be the best putter in the World, he would challenge anyone to putt against him for money, he rarely lost. Arnold Palmer credited Geo Low for his putting advice in winning the 1960 Masters.
