Henry Picard Signed Cut JSA COA

"Pick"is a World Golf Hall of Fame member and a two time Major champion who passed away in 1997. He won the 1938 Masters and the 1939 PGA championship. He also played on the 1935 and 1937 Ryder cup teams. These many accomplishments in his career make for a highly desired cut of his autogaph.
