Jack Nicklaus Signed 1995 Open Championship at St. Andrews Flag
Adorning this white 1995 Open Championship flag from St Andrews is one of the most recognizable signatures in the golf memorabilia industry, Jack Nicklaus. St Andrews was a course that fit his eye, as he conquered The Old Course and became Champion Golfer of the Year in the 1970 and 1978. The Golden Bear penned his name nicely to the right of the center logo in black sharpie. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their FULL Letter of authenticity #Z91303 comes with this lot.
The Golf Auction will be on site this Tuesday through Sunday (July 31st - August 4th) at the 2019 National Sports Collectors Convention in Rosemont, Il. We will be accepting consignments, performing appraisals, and accepting bids. Stop by and say hello! We will be in Booth #1018
AUCTION CLOSING RULES:
This auction will end at 9:00pm EST Sunday, August 4th with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow. All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
