Ben Hogan Signed Leaning On A Golf Club Photo JSA# BB46926
This portrait orientation photo of the prized Texan Ben Hogan leaning on a club contains his meticulous marker signature on the light of the fairway in which he stands. Bantam Ben Hogan's legendary career came to an abrupt halt in 1949. The near-death experience would leave Hogan in a condition in which he would be lucky to walk again. He would go on to win 6 more major championships to add to his 3. The nine-time major championship winner, Hogan is tied for fourth all-time in that regard and is one of only five golfers to complete the career Grand Slam, winning all four Majors. Hogan won the Open Championship in his only attempt in 1953, a year that he was only a PGA Championship victory away from a calendar Grand Slam. The legend passed away in 1997, prior to the lion's share of the golf collecting boom. James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed this signature and their letter of authenticity #BB46926 comes with this lot.

During extended bidding, each lot will have its own 30-minute countdown clock. The clock will extend 30-minutes from the time of the most recently placed bid for that lot. If no bids are placed on that lot for a 30-minute period, the lot will close. Place your bids now!
1. Place your initial bids BEFORE 10pm ET in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you may bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. Lots with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 10pm ET
Extended bidding starts at 10pm ET, and each lot will begin closing with its own 30-minute countdown timer. Lots without a bid placed during extended bidding will close at 10:30pm ET. We recommend you place your maximum bid(s) prior to that time. Thank you
