1959 US Open Championship Grounds Ticket - Casper Winner
Billy Casper won the 1959 U.S. Open held at Winged Foot outside New York city. He edged Mike Souchak and Bob Rosburg by one shot and more accurately by one club's length-that of his sensational putter. Over the treacherous Winged Foot greens, Casper had only 114 putts in four rounds. Offered in this lot in ex/mt condition is 2 1/2" diameter metal grounds badge as issued by the United States Golf Association for admission at any time during the week long event.
