Old Westbury Golf and Country Club Silver Ware

A fork and two spoons from the infamous Westbury Golf and Country Club. The 187-foot-high iconic tower that can be seen from every corner of the country club is seen at the base of each piece of silverware. Functioning once as a windmill with 30 foot blades, it drew water from a 587-foot well for the Whitney estate. During WWII, this eight-story structure, with its panoramic sightlines, aided in the war effort. Today, the tower proudly stands as the symbol of Old Westbury Golf and Country Club and watches over our fairways, tennis courts and pools.
