Leo Diegel Signed Album Page
Here we have an album page signed by Leo Diegel in bold fountain pen. Diegel was active in the 1920's, but was overshadowed by the career of Bobby Jones. He captured back-to-back PGA Championships in 1928 and 1929. A key member of the first four United States Ryder Cup teams in 1927,29,31 and 33 (Joining Hagen and Sarazen as the only U.S. members of the first four teams). Diegel passed away in 1951 making this a seldom seen signature.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
