1964 Masters Gift to Billy Maxwell - Bridge Set/Cards/Pencils/Original Box
A long standing practice dating back to the 1940's at the Augusta National the week of the Masters has been to distribute a stylish gift to contestants and dignitaries on hand for the tournament. These are cherished collectibles regardless of who the previous owner was. Offered in this lot is a special opportunity to have the 1964 Master's Bridge Set gift complete with playing cards, pencils, and the original box.
This gift was presented to Billy Maxwell, the winner of the 1951 US Amateur Open, whose best finish at the Masters was tied for fifth place.
