Sam Snead Press Photo Putts on Last Green to Win Masters - April 17, 1949
Here we have a wire photo of Sam Snead making his 22 foot putt on the final green to win the 1949 Masters Tournament. Sam Snead was five strokes behind the leader entering the weekend rounds until posting back-to-back rounds of 67 to go on to win the tournament by three strokes over Lloyd Mangrum and Johnny Bulla. The photo measures 8 1/8" x 10" and is in great condition.
