1953 US Open at Oakmont Official Scorecard
Offered here is a 1953 U.S. Open at Oakmont Country Club official scorecard. Hogan got off to a fast start at the 1953 U.S. Open, shooting a 67 in the first round and was the wire-to-wire leader of the tournament. Hogan shot a 72 in the second round and went on to win by six strokes over Sam Snead and the field. Oakmont Country Club has hosted nine U.S. Open tournaments. Hogan's second round is filled in pencil on this card. The scorecard is in great condition with slight stains, please see photographs.
