1971 Masters Tournament Member Gift - Shaving Kit/Toiletry Bag With W.T. Monogram
In 1946 the Augusta National started a tradition of presenting a gift to invited players at the Masters Tournament. In the long line of gifts one of the most favored by recipients and collectors alike is this 1971 Toilet Kit. It was so popular with the players that they presented it as the annual gift from the Augusta National to players participating in the Masters in 1958, 1961 and brought it back in 1971. This time with players initials. The bag shows wear, please see photographs.
