1949 US Open Wire Photo of Craig Wood, Lew Worsham, and Herman Barron
Here we have a 7 1/8" x 9" wire photograph from the 1949 US Open. The photo shows Craig Wood, Lew Worsham, and Herman Barron on the first day of the tournament. The dentist, Cary Middlecoff, would go on to win the tournament.
