1957 Canada Cup Program - Snead/Demaret Runner Ups - Seldom Seen Played in Japan

This event was founded in 1953 by a Canadian and played in Montreal its first two years (of note it has never returned to Canada since). It traveled the world from that time promoting goodwill through golf, and grew to be one of the games most prestigious tournaments during the 1960's and 70's. Helping that growth to a great extent was Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus who would team to win the two man by country competition in 1963,1964,1966 and for a fourth and final time in 1967. In 1957, Sam Snead and Jimmy Demaret finished in second place to the Japanese team. This seldom seen program is in great condition, please refer to photos.
