Pine Valley Golf Club 75 Years Warner Shelly Bowl Ceramic Plate - 1913-1988

Offered here for bidders is a Lenox plate commemorating Pine Valley's 75th Warner Shelly bowl. Pine Valley GC was ranked the number one course in Golf Magazine's 100 Top Courses in the US and the World in both 2012 and 2015. Despite being regarded as one of the world's greatest golf courses, Pine Valley has never hosted a major professional tournament, mainly due to the lack of room to accommodate the tens of thousands of patrons. Staying true to who they are, the club has stated that they have no intentions to alter the course layout or remove trees in order to host a major. Reverse reads:

The plate has an 8" diameter and is in great condition.
