Al Geiberger 'Mr 59' Signed 1977 Memphis Classic Commemorative Scorecard

The first gofer to shoot a round of 59 in a tournament was Al Geiberger, in the 2nd round of the 1977 Memphis Classic at Colonial Country Club. Known as Mr. 59, he had 11 birdies and an eagle on the par-72 course. Offered here is a commemorative scorecard from that tournament signed by Geiberger with the inscription "Mr. 59."

James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.

Please note: This auction will end at 5:00pm EST on Sunday, March 4th, with EXTENDED BIDDING to follow.
