Muirfield 'Home of Edinburgh Golfers' Pewter Flask with Course Layout - Good Condition with Funnel & Box
Muirfield is considered the home of The Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers, and was founded in 1744. This lot features a pewter flask that measures 3 1/2" x 5 3/4" x 1" and depicts the layout of the course and on the back a copy of the scorecard. Inscription on the front reads:
"Home of the Honourable Company of Edinburgh Golfers. Founded in 1744, Muirfield was established in 1891 and awarded its first Open Championship in 1892. Muirfield has now hosted the Open 13 times"

All items in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period. Still the lowest rate among major golf auction houses, a buyer's premium of 17.5% for all items is now in effect. All lots are free to be bid on until extended bidding has ended.
