With 11 Major championships in his career, Walter Hagen made quite a name for himself in golf. His 11 Majors have him at 3rd all time, behind Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods. Offered here is a seldom seen crystal clear 8 x 10 image of the champion golfer which has been enhanced with a fountain pen signature. Adding value to this outstanding signed image is the impeccable provenance that this item was sourced from the 2000 estate sale of Hagen himself. The framed piece measures 15 1/4" x 13 1/4".
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
