Gene Littler Signed 2005 US Open at Pinehurst No. 2 Embroidered Flag with '61' Inscription
Michael Campbell held off a surging Tiger Woods on the final day of the 2005 US Open to claim his only Major title. Offered here is a 2005 US Open flag signed by the 1961 champion Gene Littler. Littler's final round 68 sealed his victory over Bob Goalby and Doug Sanders. Littler signed in black marker along with the notation "1961."
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
