Jack Fleck Signed 1955 US Open Championship at Olympic Club Official Program
Here we have a 1955 US Open at Olympic Club program signed by Jack Fleck, the champion. The program comes in good condition showing some foxing on the back and a crease on the front bottom right corner. One of golf's greatest upsets occurred at the 1955 US Open at the Lake Course of the Olympic Club in San Francisco. Jack Fleck, a municipal course pro from Iowa, denied Ben Hogan his tenth Major championship and record fifth US Open by defeating him in an 18-hole playoff for his only career Major.
James Spence Authentication (JSA) has reviewed the signature and their auction letter of authenticity will come with this lot.
