Turnberry 'The Ailsa Course' Sheffield England Pewter Flask w/ Funnel - Great Condition
Here we have a great condition pewter golf flask depicting the layout of the storied Ailsa course. The flask was made in Sheffield, England and displays the hole layout on the front of the item, with a scorecard featured on the backside. Above the course layout on the front of the flask it reads:
A golf course was established at Turnberry in 1908
but was used for military purposes during both World Wars
The course was re-designed in the 1930's and again in 1951 to
a Mackenzie Ross design. The Ailsa course staged its first
Open Championship in 1977

All items that have received multiple bids in the auction will remain open until no items have received a bid within a 15 minute time period (at 10pm EST, the countdown clock will be adjusted to a 5 minute interval)
1. You must place your initial bids BEFORE extended bidding begins in order to bid on the item in extended bidding
2. During extended bidding, you are allowed to bid only on items you PREVIOUSLY placed a bid on.
3. All lots that are active in extended bidding will close at the same time, and those with only ONE or NO BIDS will close at 9pm EST
