From the merchandise shop at the Augusta National comes this unworn, mint undated visor. The real beauty of this item is that it has been autographed neatly in black sharpie on the brim by the 1935 Masters champ Gene Sarazen. Years after we are all long gone, Sarazen's double eagle will be one of, if not the most famous shots in tournament history.One of Golf's all-time top ten players, Sarazen notched seven career major wins at least one at each major to register the career "Grand Slam". This item will come with a certificate of authenticity from Jimmy Spence Authentication.
Session 1: Lots 1-500 will end on 4/11/13 and Session 2 Lots 500+ will end on 4/14/13 with extended bidding to start at 9:00 PM EST for both sessions. In order to bid in extended bidding you must place a bid on the lot before 9pm on auction closing day.
