Sam Snead remained true to his native West Virginia roots throughout his lifetime. No palce was he more at home then the Greenbriar Resort and Country Club. He served as their spokesman for many years. This lot recognizes that relationship with four Greenbriar items that bear Sam Sneads trademark hat.
This item comes from the collection of JD Daniel. JD was one of the founding members of The First Tee and part of Arnold Palmer’s “Tour Turf” and Palmer Design. The First Tee is an internationally respected youth organization that promotes life skills & leadership through the game of golf. The Arnold Palmer Design Company has long been regarded as one of the premier companies in the golf course architectural industry. We have been given the opportunity to auction JD Daniel's entire collection of golf cards, flags, memorabilia, and various other items in this auction.
