Framed Byron Nelson - Autographed 'Unforgettable Year' with Medal - 1945. Byron Nelson won the Masters two times (1937 and 1942), the US Open in 1939 and the PGA Championship twice (1940 and 1945). Although he won many tournaments in the course of his relatively brief career, he is mostly remembered today for having won 11 consecutive tournaments and 18 total tournaments in 1945. This item will come with a certificate of authenticity from James Spence Authentication.

This item comes from the collection of JD Daniel. JD was one of the founding members of The First Tee and part of Arnold Palmer’s “Tour Turf” and Palmer Design. The First Tee is an internationally respected youth organization that promotes life skills & leadership through the game of golf. The Arnold Palmer Design Company has long been regarded as one of the premier companies in the golf course architectural industry.
