Arnold Palmer is generally regarded as one of the greatest players in the history of men's professional golf. He has won numerous events on both the PGA Tour and Champions Tour, dating back to 1955. Nicknamed "The King," he is one of golf's most popular stars and its most important trailblazer, because he was the first superstar of the sport's television age, which began in the 1950s. He is part of "The Big Three" in golf, along with Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player, who are widely credited with popularizing and commercializing the sport around the world. James Spence Authentication has reviewed this Palmer autograph and their cert will accompany lot.

This item comes from the collection of JD Daniel. JD was one of the founding members of The First Tee and part of Arnold Palmer’s “Tour Turf” and Palmer Design. The First Tee is an internationally respected youth organization that promotes life skills & leadership through the game of golf. The Arnold Palmer Design Company has long been regarded as one of the premier companies in the golf course architectural industry. We have been given the opportunity to auction JD Daniel's entire collection of golf cards, flags, memorabilia, and various other items in this auction.
