H. G. Picard Signed Undated PGA Championship - PSA B17361. "Pick" is a World Golf Hall of Fame member and a two time Major champion who passed away in 1997. He won the 1938 Masters and the 1939 PGA Championship. He also played on the 1935 and 1937 Ryder cup teams. These many accomplishments in his career make for a highly desired and rare signed golf flag, this flag being a PGA Championship one.
