Peter Thomson Signed Royal Liverpool Golf Ball. The Australian golfer is best remembered for his five wins in The Open Championship. Thomson was inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame in 1985. His Open Championship wins came in 1954, 1955, 1956, 1958, and 1965. He was the only man to win the tournament for three consecutive years in the 20th century. Royal Liverpool is the site of his third consecutive Open Championship in 1956.
