H.G. Picard Signed Card plus Written Note. Signed and dated clearly (3/31/93) on one side, the other features a handwritten note, it reads: "Dear Ed, In my day of course conditions lets say a bit rustic but all played under the same conditions. To be same conditions today allows the scores to be real low and maybe the pros are better". This is a loose interpretation of what is written.
