Simple design on this 1 1/2 inch badge issued to Felix Serafin as a competitor in the 1941 Oakland Open played at Sequoyah Country Club in Oakland, California. The reverse which has its pinback intact is blank backed. The event which was contested yearly between 1937-44 was won in 1941 by Leonard Dodson. One of his three career PGA wins.
