This 40 page program from the Anthracite Open belonged to PGA pro Felix Serafin who competed in the 1939 event. That year marked the first year the tournament was under the sponsorship of the PGA Tour. The victory was notched by Henry Picard who won another battle over hot new comer to the tour Sam Snead.
