1973 US Open at Oakmont CC Committee Plate - Johnny Miller Winner
Committee members during the 1973 U.S. Open were given plates like this one for their hard work and dedication to the event ultimately won in record fashion by Johnny Miller. Some plates had additional writing on the reverse such as “Committee Chairman” but this one does not. Very few of these are known to exist and we believe this is our first occasion to offer one in the marketplace. Fine china plate made by Homer Laughlin China Company. 9 1/2" diameter
