2018 US Amateur at Pebble Beach Resorts Course Used Tee Marker - Hovland Win
With some signs of wear, this tee marker is from the historic Pebble Beach course in California was used during the 2018 US Amateur Championship that saw Oklahoma State golfer Viktor Hovland win 6 & 5 over Devon Bling. One of the most scenic courses in the world, Pebble beach's course was built along the coastline of Carmel Bay, which opens to the Pacific Ocean. 2027 it will host its seventh US Open, a tournament that has seen some of the finest champions in golf win including Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods, Tom Watson and most recently in 2019 Gary Woodland. It is the annual home to the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, since the tournament's inception in 1947 under Bing Crosby's tutelage. This tee marker is embossed and 8" in diameter. Signs of wear include adhesive residue, scrapes and a full coating of multiple adhesives on the reverse that was likely affixing it to cement. This piece has a high presentation value. 8" diameter
